MAJOR RENOVATION

Complete demolition and reconfiguration of an existing space including but not limited to drywall, millwork, ceilings, flooring, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, fire alarm, fire sprinkler, etc.

MINOR RENOVATIONS

Demolition of certain portions of a space to make slight change in the layout including but not limited to drywall, millwork, ceilings, flooring, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, fire alarm, fire sprinkler, etc.

INTERIOR FINISH UPGRADES

Upgrade of existing finishes in a space usually inclusive of new floors, ceilings, wall coverings, paint, and /or millwork.

EQUIPMENT CHANGE OUT

Any required construction required to upgrade a room in preparation for new equipment such as catheterization labs, radiology rooms, CT’s, MRI’s, linear accelerators, flight simulators, etc.
